Thanks to many years of experience in the field of closure technology (oil filler, radiator and tank filler caps), Reutter is a solid and reliable partner when it comes to design with a specialised focus on customer-specific solutions in the area of SCR filling systems for cars, commercial vehicles and truck applications.

We have our own in-house prototype shop and research laboratory in our competence center near Stuttgart where design validations, for examining technical requirements and for validating processes to ensure the quality of the serial production, are conducted.

In order to guarantee a high level of design quality despite increasingly shorter deadlines, Reutter relies on preventive protection and application through computerised simulations in the area of FEM (finite element method) for force and stress analysis, mould filling simulations (Moldflow) for the plastics-oriented design and tool design of injection moulded parts as well as on filling simulations for tank applications.

Scope of services.

We have the advantage of being able to complete all the important stages of the process in-house: from development and design using state-of-the-art CAD systems through tool production and testing departments, right through to production. Reutter is a fully integrated system supplier for OEMs and Tier 1.
