To meet the requirements for reducing nitrogen oxides (NOx), nearly all diesel vehicles worldwide must be equipped with SCR systems. Reutter is the leading developer and manufacturer of complete solutions for SCR filling systems and tank filling caps for cars, lorries, trucks, vans, agricultural and construction machines. Our components have been perfectly harmonised to meet the strictest standards when it comes to installation, safety and flexibility:
  • Design and manufacture of system solutions – from caps to filler necks, including all components and the lines right through to tanks
  • In-house refuelling system for simulating various refuelling conditions roll-over test included
  • AdBlue® resistance with plastic filler necks and special locking cylinders
  • Safe filling of AdBlue tank thanks to the integrated magnetic insert in the filler neck
  • A range of opening pressures or membrane-controlled ventilation
  • Various system solutions for AdBlue® tanks in blow-moulded or rotation-moulded versions: flanged-mounted (screwed), screwed with thread at filler neck (permanent catch mechanism), welded (plastic on plastic), with or without retaining fixture
  • A variety of closure versions: 40 mm and 60 mm, choice of locking or non-locking mechanism with special AdBlue®-resistant locking cylinders
